Written after Flea and Kiedis travelled to New York City in May of 1983; they noticed that toddlers seemed to enjoy the sounds of their just-recorded demo tape — blaring from a boombox in Central Park — more than any adult.

A demo version of the song was recorded, but it is yet to be released.
