According to Jeff Apter’s Fornication biography, a cover of this song - originally by reggae legend Jimmy Cliff - was planned to be recorded during the Mother’s Milk sessions. It did not proceed because it was out of Anthony’s vocal range. It’s not clear if any work was actually done or if the idea was scrapped before recording. Apter claims to have heard an “excruciatingly bad” demo.
