Whilst brief and lacking any musical backing, this is the only song in the Chili Peppers that features Hillel on lead vocals.

Contrary to the writing credits in the liner notes, this is actually an old schoolyard rhyme that was around long before the band. Here’s a (slightly) different version of it, sent in to the 21 January, 1960 edition of the Tulare Advance-Register by seventh grader Billy Rocha:
