Notable for featuring former guitarist Jack Sherman on backing vocals; this is the only time a former member of the band has appeared on a recording after their departure (with the obvious exclusion of John Frusciante). Also on backing vocals is Joel Virgel-Vierset, a long-time friend of the band and the co-writer of “You Always Sing the Same.”

The song contains sampled excerpts of Bonin’ in the Boneyard by Fishbone, Try by Thelonious Monster, and White Girl by X.
